About me,

My name is Helena, but since we're connecting on this deeper level, you can call me Lena. I was born and raised on the Islands of Cape Verde until the age of eleven and spent the rest of my life in the United states. Like many women, my journey began in pain, with a childhood filled with wounds, abuse, and separation from my sense of self. I gave away my power, disconnected from my body, and leaned heavily into masculine energy to survive. I didn't understand the war raging within me- a battle that others couldn't see, but that I felt every day. For years, I was lost in a cycle of running. At the age of 18, I ran away from home, chasing myself yet terrified of the finish line because I knew I had to face my shadows. In that marathon of coming home to myself. I cried, screamed, laughed, lost, and finally found my way back. I discovered that the most profound work we can do is within ourselves, and that's why I am here- to help you.

The Feminine Audacity

Most of my life, I lived for others. I changed myself to fit the boxes others created, silencing my truth and suppressing my feminine energy. I was taught to work hard, stay quiet, and put others needs before my own. But one day, I said out loud, "I surrender, I am done fighting." That moment of letting go became the beginning of my healing journey. As women, we are creators. We embody and embrace everything, our chaos, shadows, love, light and darkness. We are divine beings who flow through all seasons, much like the cycles of the moon. when I began to honor all parts of myself, my healing truly began, and my purpose became clear; to guide other women to do the same
