I have always been called to hold space for transformation. As a Certified Hypnotist, Master Reiki Practitioner, and graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I integrate intuitive healing with a grounded understanding of the mind and nervous system.

My work lives at the intersection of spirit and psychology, where emotional regulation meets energetic alignment, and where women are gently guided back to their truth, their voice, and their power.

It is a unique experience where Reiki, Light and Hypnosis come together to guide your body, mind, and spirit into deep harmony. As you relax into sacred trance and soothing touch, we release stuck energy, dissolve limiting beliefs, and reprogram the field around you with higher truth and divine remembrance.
